Open the game with an internet connection: purchases that didn’t finish are delivered when it starts. If it’s still missing, go to Settings (the gear on the Ramp) → Restore purchases. Still nothing? Write to us with the order number.

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, install the game and tap Settings → Restore purchases. Permanent purchases, such as the Owner’s pack and the Manager pack, come back. Time warps and airport packs pay out once, so they don’t.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid. On an iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund steps.

On your phone only; the game has no accounts. A new phone starts a new game unless you restore it from a backup of your old phone (iCloud or Google’s backup). Your purchases come back either way; see above.

While you’re away, your managers keep the ramp running on the spots they cover, and the game pays you for it when you come back. The Away chip on the Ramp shows what you earn a minute and for how many hours. Bigger airports and more time played lengthen it, and the Owner’s pack makes it 24 hours.

Settings → Reset progress starts again at Skyhaven Field, Legacy and all. Your store purchases stay. It can’t be undone.

No. Ads only ever play when you choose one for a reward, such as a boost or doubled earnings from time away. The Owner’s pack gives every boost without an ad.

Settings has switches for Sound effects, the Ramp sound and Music, and volume sliders for the ramp sound and music. On an iPhone, the game is also silent while the phone is in silent mode.

Where the game asked for your consent to ads, Settings → Privacy choices lets you change your answer. The Privacy Policy explains what the game collects and the rest of your choices.
